REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel an order or request a refund for products or services purchased through our Platform https://pracollection.in/ (“Platform”), owned and operated by Pratimde Solutions Private Limited.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order anytime before the order is shipped or dispatched from the seller/warehouse.

Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse to accept the delivery at the time of delivery, after which the return process may be initiated subject to eligibility.

The Platform reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:

  • product unavailability

  • pricing errors

  • suspected fraudulent transactions

  • compliance or regulatory reasons

In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.


2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible products may qualify for return, refund, or exchange depending on the product category and seller policies.

Return Period

Return requests must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must be:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

  • with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

The Platform or seller reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.


3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


4. Exchanges

If a product is eligible for exchange, a replacement will be processed after the returned product is received and approved.

The exchanged product will typically be shipped within 3–7 working days, subject to stock availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide:

  • photos of the damaged product

  • order details

  • packaging images

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • replacement of the product, or

  • full refund as applicable.


6. Platform vs Seller Responsibility

The Platform Pratimde Solutions Private Limited acts as an online marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

While we assist in resolving disputes and managing refunds, the seller is responsible for product quality, packaging, and fulfillment of the order.

However, the Platform may intervene where necessary to ensure fair resolution and compliance with applicable laws.

  • credit card processing timelines.
