1. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post).
Shipping partners may include recognized logistics providers depending on the delivery location.
Orders are dispatched only after successful confirmation of payment and order processing.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Processing time may be longer during:

3. Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch, or as per the delivery timeline communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on:

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for delays caused by:

postal services

natural disasters

government restrictions

4. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:

Customers can use this information to track the status of their shipment in real time.
5. Delivery Address
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate.
Pratimde Solutions Private Limited shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Charges
If any shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable even if the order is cancelled or returned, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to reasons such as:

the courier partner may attempt redelivery based on their delivery policy.
If the shipment is returned to the seller due to failed delivery attempts, the order may be treated as cancelled and refund or reshipment may be processed as per the Platform’s policies.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.
8. Exchange and Replacement Shipments
For approved exchange or replacement requests, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days after the returned product has been received and verified.
